The upper part of the town, with its charming restaurants, is within easy reach. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with stunning sea views from the balcony. The host, Alexandros, is extremely helpful and friendly, ensuring a pleasant stay. Daily cleaning and regular towel changes are provided, adding to the comfortable experience.

The walk from the property down to the port and restaurants may be challenging for those who prefer not to walk uphill, especially for less fit or elderly individuals.

The quality-price ratio is spot on. the room is clean and spacious with a fantastic balcony offering breathtaking sea views. the location is attractive, situated in a peaceful area yet not too far from the bustling center of Skopelos and the nearest beach. the internet works well, and the owner, Alex, provides excellent advice on the island's highlights, including top-notch dining options. Renting a car is highly recommended to explore other beautiful beaches and charming villages on the island.

Unobstructed views over the Aegean Sea: Stepping out onto the balcony of my air-conditioned studio, I was greeted by a breathtaking panorama of the shimmering Aegean Sea. It felt like standing at the edge of the world, with the sea stretching out endlessly before me, creating a sense of tranquility and awe.

Steep walks from Skopelos Port: The only slight inconvenience I experienced during my stay was the challenging uphill walks from Skopelos Port to the hotel. However, this is easily manageable by taking a taxi or planning your trips to the port accordingly, especially when carrying heavy supplies.

Arriving late to Skopelos, Alexandros at Sea View Studios made us feel so welcome. He helped with car rentals and gave great food advice. The view from the balcony was absolutely amazing. The flat was clean and comfortable, exceeding our expectations. Alexandros even gave us some of his family bakery's speciality cookies. We couldn't ask for more!

Quiet Location: the hotel's peaceful setting allowed us to truly relax and unwind during our Easter getaway. We were able to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life and enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings.

Challenging Walk: the uphill walk to the hotel was quite steep and challenging, especially for those who are not physically fit. It would have been more convenient if the hotel was located closer to the town center.
